Common questions.

When will CareCentral launch?

We're currently in the final stages of development. Join the waitlist and you'll be notified as soon as early access opens — Founder Partners are first in.

What does "Founder Partner" pricing mean?

Anyone who joins the waitlist before launch locks in the current pricing for life. If we raise prices as we grow, your rate stays the same — forever.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have no contract — cancel any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.

What counts as a "user"?

A user is any staff member added to your CareCentral account — carers, team leaders and managers all count. Admin-only accounts for managers do not count toward your user limit.

Is the free training matrix really free?

Yes — the training matrix is completely free, with no time limit. E-learning modules, certificate generation and CQC export require a paid plan.

How is CareCentral different from other care e-learning platforms?

Most platforms charge per credit or per certificate, which gets expensive fast. CareCentral is flat-rate — one price, unlimited training for your whole team. No surprises.
