CareCentral is a product operated by Select Choice Community Support Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this website.

When you sign up to the CareCentral waitlist, we collect the following:

Your name — so we can address you personally
Email address — to contact you about early access and launch updates
Company name (optional) — to understand your organisation context
Whether you currently use e-learning (yes/no) — to help us understand our audience
Your current e-learning provider (optional) — market research to improve our product

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment information, or any data from children.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely for the following purposes:

To add you to the CareCentral waitlist and notify you when early access opens
To send relevant updates about CareCentral's development and launch
To understand our prospective user base and improve our product before launch

We will not use your data for unrelated marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with advertisers.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (communicating with people who have expressed interest in our product) and, where applicable, consent (you voluntarily submit the form). You can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

5. Who we share your data with

Your data is processed by Formspree Inc., a third-party form submission service we use to receive and store waitlist submissions. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data on our behalf as a data processor. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. How long we keep your data

We will retain your waitlist data until CareCentral launches and you have been contacted, or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission — whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete your data at any point, we will do so promptly.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data at any time
Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data
Right to object — object to our processing based on legitimate interests
Right to withdraw consent — unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time
